Do I need an appointment to get an estimate, or can I just walk in?
You can certainly walk in to get an estimate. If you let us know in advance that you are coming in, we can make sure one of our estimators is available and ready for you! You may  set an appointment right here or call the location near you! It does take approximately 20 minutes to produce an estimate. We look at the damaged area(s), take notes, take pictures for your insurance company, enter the information into the computer, look up the parts, materials and labor prices, and print out a complete estimate. 

Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major insurance companies, and  we have developed direct relationships with many of them.  

I need my car towed. Can you handle that for me?
Sure! We can arrange for your car to be towed from any location. Or you can call Bob's Towing at 610 269-5697.

 

My vehicle was towed to your shop. Do you have any idea when you will have a written estimate?
Vehicles that are towed in to our shop, or that are undriveable, usually require a closer look. In order to properly assess the damage, we carefully disassemble and blueprint the repair methodology. Therefore, a written damage appraisal could take 24 hours to complete.


Can I drop my car off for the day and have someone write an estimate while I am at work?
That's what our pick-up and delivery service is all about!
Let us know in advance and we will arrange to give you a ride back home or to work. You can specify that also when you make an appointment.
 
How soon can I schedule repairs on my vehicle?
As soon as you wish. Of course, depending on the severity of the damage, your car can be repaired as quickly as within a day or extend over a week.
 

Can I drop off my vehicle the night before the repairs are to start?
For your convenience, we have installed a drop box located at the front of our building. You will find envelopes and a pen, so that you can provide information about your car, and any special
Instructions that you may have.


How long will the repairs take?
The time needed to do repairs differs for each vehicle. Cars that have minimal damage can be repaired in just a day, while others with more extensive damage can take a few weeks. The length of time for repairs is discussed in detail, at the time the estimate is produced.


Do I have to pay a deductible?
When you are involved in an accident that was your
fault, you are responsible for paying your deductible. Your deductible is due when you pick up your vehicle.
The amount of your deductible was agreed upon by you and your insurance agent when you took out your policy. You can look at your policy or contact your agent, to find out the exact amount. It can vary from $50 up to over $1,000.00. When your vehicle is struck by another insured driver, that driver’s insurance company will pay for the entire repairs, and no deductible will be due. When you have an accident where it cannot be determined whose fault it was, the deductible might be waived by your insurance company. This is called a “no
fault” accident. 
 
I am going to need a rental car. Could you recommend a rental company?
We have several rental companies that we deal with on a regular basis. The rental company that you choose will meet you at your scheduled date. Once the repair is completed, you will leave the rental car at our shop and we handle everything with the rental company. You see, we want to make it as simple as possible!
 
How much do rentals usually cost?
Generally,  between $20 to $40.00 per day. Of course it all depends on the type of car you want to rent. Let us know about your preferences!

 
Will it  be possible to notice where the damaged areas were painted? 
The multi-step paint process that we use at 3-D Collision Centers offers the quality that meets or exceeds the original manufacturer’s specifications. Therefore, the paint will have a pre-accident (or better) appearance. We have our own mixing system, which allows us to do any paint tinting that might be necessary. Painted cars will be detailed which makes them shine more like a new car!
 
Is the work guaranteed?
Absolutely! All of the work is guaranteed, for as long
as you own your vehicle! That includes parts, paint and materials. You will receive an itemized list of   each repair done to your vehicle. We store all of the information in a file as well as in the computer, so there is no question about what was covered in your repairs. That's our "hassle-free" policy!
