3-D Collision Centers is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Chester County, Pennsylvania, since 1981. Our growth and success has come as a result of our passionate love for what we do.
A very large part of our culture is our unwavering belief in our people and their need and desire to excel in their jobs. This is why our Company strives to find better ways to refine and foster
an environment within which people develop the skills necessary to
accomplish extraordinary things. 3-D is committed to supporting and encouraging the personal development of each and every one of its employees. Our technicians all receive I-CAR and ASE training as well as ongoing workshops conducted in our shops by companies such as the 3M Corporation and PPG Automotive Refinishes. In addition, 3-D provides technicians with paid time off to attend trade shows and seminars and funds the cost for one or two technicians per year to attend NACE. Similarly, our office staff is constantly engaging itself in on-going education. We accomplish this by combining in-house training sessions with structured classes such as Dale Carnegie, Fred Prior and other business programs.
